Richmond Preview
Richmond's Sr Center Kevin Steenberge

Pirates looking for revenge after last years defeat at home.
Richmond is 4-9 all-time against Seton Hall. Richmond defeated Seton Hall 77-71 in the season opener last year. The Spiders are 2-1 on the season and will be looking to get off to a 3-1 start for the sixth-straight season. The Spiders defeated McNeese State 58-50 in its last game on Saturday.
Senior Bucknor has led the Spiders in scoring in all three games this season and has scored in double-figures in his last six games dating back to last season. Bucknor had streaks of hitting at least three 3-pointers in his last four games and multiple treys in his last six contests snapped when he went 1of 3 from behind the arc.
While the Spiders continue to get adjusted to running the Princeton offense, Richmond has played very well in its match-up zone defense. The Spiders are holding teams to just 49.7 points per game and have not allowed a team to score 60 points through three games this season. They do not play a true PG but rather 4 forwards and try to create size mismatches on offense and as well as defense. Sr
Kevin Steenberge
gave SHU fits last year while having a career game. Containing him could be the difference in this year’s outcome.
Shakes take- SHU by 5 if they keep the TO’s down and have a decent shooting performance. Quick breakdown of Richmond Spiders
